Great watch, quality issue and poor service |

The watch self is awesome for the price. As one can expect from Aragon. Only this time the bracelet of the watch had an issue with having a significant gap and a lot of movement between the endlinks and the watchcase. I wrote customer service about the problem and they responded that they indeed found an issue with this production. Then they send me 2 splitpins, which are useless for this problem. When I asked them what I am supposed to do with these pins they no longer responded. Very disappointing service. Then again, you get a lot of value for your money, so I guess poor service and quality issues are to be expected from time to time.
