My second Parma watch |

I have a 7.25 inch wrist and was concerned that this 43mm case would look too large. I went back and tried wearing my old 40mm watch from a different brand and it now feels like a child's watch! Don't let the K1 crystal stop you. it's true that sapphire is more scratch-resistant, but K1 is more shatterproof than sapphire. Look it up. For the price you’re paying you can swap out the crystal for a sapphire for under 100 USD. I accidentally rubbed my other (blue) Parma against a concrete wall and it did zero damage to the K1 crystal. The simple no-date complication is the look I wanted. You won't find a quality tritium in this price range anywhere. The half-life of tritium is 12.3 years. Even if the brightness was at 50% in 12 years, the watch would still be readable in total darkness for most people. Again, just remember what you are paying for this watch. After 10 years, you could give this watch to someone who doesn't have a watch and go buy you a new watch.
