How do I return an item? Aragonwatch.com offers a 30-day money-back return
policy on all new merchandise. Scratch & Dent
items and all Final Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for
returns or exchanges. To return merchandise, you must first obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RA#). If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and
provide your order or invoice number, along with the product code or model
number of the item you wish to return. Returns without an RA# will not
be accepted. Please write the RA# clearly on the original packing
slip and on the outside of the return package. All returned watches must be in brand-new, unused
condition and include original packaging, all accessories,
manuals, tags, and protective materials. All packing materials must be
in new condition. Returns that are missing items, show signs of use,
or include damaged or incomplete packaging may be refused or
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Enclose the original packing slip inside the return package
and keep a copy for your records. Pack the return item securely and use
an insured, traceable shipping method. Aragonwatch.com is not
responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. All returns must be received
within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any return that does not meet these conditions may be
deemed ineligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange, and a
return shipping and handling fee may apply. Original shipping charges
are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original
