I purchased the watch 8 weeks ago. I’d noticed a ‘click’ but thought it was the strap as I purchased the rubber strap too. I found out it was the crown that’s loose!!! I sent a video of the problem to Aragon. They said that they can’t see exactly what’s wrong so send it back tracked to them at my cost with a cheque for it to be returned and if they can’t fix it within 30 days, I pay for the problem too!!!!! Living in Sweden, the shipping for me alone will be around $50 then import fees when it’s returned!! I’m absolutely shocked with the customer service for an 8 week old watch! I will NEVER buy from Aragon again and happy I didn’t choose one of the more expensive watches!
