| How do I create an account? | |
| 1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. | How much is my shipping? | |
| Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. | |
| I forgot my password. | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. | |
| How do I return my product? | |
Aragonwatch.com offers a 30-day money-back return policy on all new merchandise. Scratch & Dent items and all Final Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To return merchandise, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and provide your order or invoice number, along with the product code or model number of the item you wish to return. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted. Please write the RA# clearly on the original packing slip and on the outside of the return package. All returned watches must be in brand-new, unused condition and include original packaging, all accessories, manuals, tags, and protective materials. All packing materials must be in new condition. Returns that are missing items, show signs of use, or include damaged or incomplete packaging may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Enclose the original packing slip inside the return package and keep a copy for your records. Pack the return item securely and use an insured, traceable shipping method. Aragonwatch.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any return that does not meet these conditions may be deemed ineligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange, and a return shipping and handling fee may apply. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. | |
