| Do you ship to my country? | |
| Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. | |
| What are my payment choices? | |
| During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Your order will be shipped after we receive payment.
Please note that the preferred payment method for International orders is PayPal; payment via credit card may require additional verification and may delay shipping of your order. |

| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. | |
| What is the return policy? | |
Aragonwatch.com offers a 30-day money-back return policy on all new merchandise. Scratch & Dent items and all Final Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To return merchandise, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date and provide your order or invoice number, along with the product code or model number of the item you wish to return. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted. Please write the RA# clearly on the original packing slip and on the outside of the return package. All returned watches must be in brand-new, unused condition and include original packaging, all accessories, manuals, tags, and protective materials. All packing materials must be in new condition. Returns that are missing items, show signs of use, or include damaged or incomplete packaging may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Enclose the original packing slip inside the return package and keep a copy for your records. Pack the return item securely and use an insured, traceable shipping method. Aragonwatch.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any return that does not meet these conditions may be deemed ineligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange, and a return shipping and handling fee may apply.
