Lume is terrible, so is service |

Most of the hands on this watch do not display enough lume to be visible past ½hour, whereas the hour markers on this watch last through the night. On close inspection, one can tell that all but one hand (the day hand) were clearly not coated with an adequate amount of lume. I contacted info.aragonwatch.com, where i was only offered to return the watch or keep it, with zero offer to correct the issue. Needless to say, I am severely disappointed with both the service and the lack of quality. I've decided to keep the watch and attempt to repair the lume in the future. Also, I will never purchase another Aragon watch. I love the look, movement, and band of this watch, but the lack of lume makes it unusable after dark without a flashlight handy, and the lack of ownership and correction of a clear issue with the watch makes me question the quality of all components to any watch they sell.
